Maximus Care Fungal Defense Horse Shampoo Concentrate, Bulk

Maximus Care Fungal Defense Shampoo in barn sizes, for stables, training centers and racetracks in warm, humid climates where horses are washed often. It is the same formula as the retail bottle: a cleansing horse shampoo made with chloroxylenol, with aloe vera extract and lanolin to condition the skin and coat.

Yield

One ounce of concentrate mixes into three gallons of warm water, so a full 5 gallon bucket of wash water takes about 1 2/3 oz.

• 5 gallon pail: about 380 full baths
• 55 gallon drum: about 4,200 full baths

Shipping

The 5 gallon pail ships free by ground parcel. The 55 gallon drum weighs about 525 lb and ships by LTL freight on a pallet with liftgate delivery. Drum delivery is free within Florida and $100 per drum elsewhere in the contiguous United States. Plan for a pallet jack, a hand truck rated for drums, or enough help to move the drum from the liftgate.

Shelf life is three years from manufacture. Keep the container tightly closed in a dry, well ventilated place.

Fungal Defense Shampoo contains no raw materials listed in the FEI Prohibited Substances Database and is made in accordance with USEF regulations.

Directions

Use once or twice a week during warm, humid weather, in place of your regular shampoo.

1. Wet the horse's coat completely.
2. Mix 1 oz of shampoo into 3 gallons of warm water and apply with a sponge.
3. Work the lather into the coat, mane and tail. Leave it on for 20 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and remove excess water.

Precautions

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water for 15 minutes. Keep out of reach of children. If skin irritation occurs, stop use and consult your veterinarian.
